MY WRITING
Creating imaginary worlds in writing is one of my favorite ways to express myself. Writing has always come naturally to me, and I often get lost in the worlds and characters I create.
Fiction: Sadaku and The Adventures of the Elements
A Few Words from the Author
I was inspired to write Sadaku and the Adventures of the Elements when I returned from visiting Japan. In Japan, I was amazed by what I saw - the colors, the culture, the people. Japanese culture captivated my imagination and a story began to form in my mind. I am also very interested in fantasy worlds, and so I combined Japanese culture with fantasy elements to create a story about a Japanese girl with magical powers who tries to save the world from evil monsters when she finds herself in a forest filled with enchanting wildlife. She does this by meeting new friends and training them to reach the primary villain of the story. Writing this story made me realize how much I love to create new worlds with characters who come alive in the reader’s imagination.
Synopsis
Once upon a time, a darkness struck the land. The Elemental Girls tried to stop it, but they too, were defeated. Over time, they were lost to history. Until, a girl with strange blue and yellow eyes came into this world. She then battled the Evil, determined to save the world. And after months on end of nothing but blood in battle, the girl won. But even with that, she had not won the war. She died, with a piercing scream midair. But her spirit did not. She belonged to a family of preachers, and each day they would come to the temples and honor the gods. The girl had written, in her shack on an abandoned island, on scrolls, in her will she wanted her special eyes to be passed on to someone else, for someone else to get rid of the darkness, for someone else to save the Elemental Girls. But they too were reincarnated, for they could not last forever. But, after centuries, decades, and millennials the story of Sadaku begins.

~Prologue ~

The trees swayed and the cars passed fast in the streets of Tokyo, Japan. There, a little 4 year old girl looked through her window.
Her name is Sadaku. Her eyes have two different colors with markings on her pupils. Her left eye was a shade of light blue, with her pupil shaped as a triangle. Her right eye was a light yellow, and the pupil was shaped like a hexagon. She and her parents have been living in a big mansion the past 2 years after they got rich. She had everything she could ever want, except a playmate. She had been wanting someone to play with her. The maids are no fun. “Mommy, Daddy, where are you?” She thought. She waited hours, until she saw their car driving fast. And before Sadaku could see, she found her parents' car crashing into a building. Sadaku watched people come out of their cars, to see what had happened. The road was suddenly packed with people.
Sadaku didn't know what was happening. Then, the police came along with the ambulance, taking their bodies into a truck. “W-what happened to my mommy and daddy?” She asked in fear.
A maid came over.“They-They crashed into a building…” She said, wiping her eyes that were full of tears. She had to tell the truth.
Sadaku burst into tears. She collapsed on her bed. As soon as she started crying, she felt a sharp pain in her eyes.

~Chapter 1 Kidnapped…(2 years later)~

Sadaku lived her life in fear. She had unusual eyes, so of course, so everyone wanted to take her, putting her life at risk. The maids hired guards to protect the front entrance of the mansion. But one night, a maid had to leave for a trip for her family. She unlocked the gates and accidentally left them open. She drove her car and left, noticing nothing.
After an hour, a van with unexpected guests drove in.
“..Hey! We got in! But we have to be quiet!” The first person said with a serious face.
“Ok! I will sneak in and grab the girl, and you stay in the lookout, ok?” The second person said with a grin.
“Ok. Be careful, Mia.”
“Ok! I will go, Larry.” Mia said cautiously.
She walked in and took a good look at the mansion.
“..Well this home has huge windows.. Geez.” She said as she walked through. And of course, the door was locked. So then she climbed on a tree that was near the window, then broke the glass with a hammer and took Sadaku, while she was still asleep.
Later she got back to the van and put the sleeping child in the back and covered her with a blanket.
“Phew! That was a relief we didn't get caught, right Larry?” Mia said, in relief.
“Yeah! Now, it is time for the shots and medications…” Larry said, grinning. They went into the van and headed to their lab, to do experiments with Sadaku.

~Chapter 2 The Escape~

Sadaku woke up in a white room, dressed in hospital clothes.
“W-where am I..?” She said, frightened. Then, she felt the same sort of pain in her eyes…
She looked down at her hands. Blood! Blood was coming out like teardrops.. Her eyes were bleeding.. her eyes were in constant pain. But yet somehow, not…
Then, she heard people talking outside the room.
“She's awake! Well we’ll have to go deal with her..” A person dressed in a lab uniform said to the other person. She began to think that she was getting used for experiments! She was so scared she screamed at the top of her lungs. Then, her eyes started to glow. She swung her head back and forth, and then she felt instant pain. Like something was coming for her. She could feel it with her eyes…She could feel it with her eyes!!
“HEY! HER EYES!” A scientist yelled. Then they started running, trying to put more medications on her, but then, she let out an ear-splitting scream. The glass smashed, the windows broke. She fell onto the floor, with chills in her soul. Then, scientists started rushing to her. She looked at them angrily and her light blue eye sent a constant pain to the running scientists. Their bodys were suddenly cut in half. Sadaku rushed to the nearest cart to grab a towel to wipe her eyes, but then, she felt her light yellow eye glowing. It was healing the blue eye and her!
“W-what..?” She was confused. “I-I just killed people! ..AAHHHHR!”
Sadaku began to lose control. She shook her head back and forth, trying to stop the throbbing pain in the back of her head. Then, with almost no humanity left in her, the building collapsed, burying her in the building pieces. She fainted.
Sadaku fainted, her eyes protecting her.

~Chapter 3 The Elements~

Sadaku woke up to an amazing summer breeze. W-where am I? Sadaku thought. A strange breeze blew past her. It carried something, a necklace. It had 4 jewels, representing the 4 elements of nature. Earth, Water, Fire, and Air. The Earth one was a clear leaf, carved out of emerald, and gave Sadaku a feeling of peace. While the
Water one was made out of a mix of sapphire and diamond. It represented a water drop, with a glowing type of liquid punctured inside it. It seemed like a sort of healing medication water. It cleared Sadaku’s throbbing head, putting her in a calming mood The Fire one was quite unique. It was in the shape of a flame, made out of ruby and topaz. Sadaku found a glowing warmth coming from it, and it reminded her of happiness and activity. The Air one had a cloud trapped inside it, and the jewel was in the shape of the same identical cloud shape. It seemed like it was made out of aquamarine. As soon as Saduku put her face close, it made her inhale a special type of oxygen, which made it heal her wounds. That's right. Her wounds. She didn’t even notice until she inhaled the oxygen. But for some reason, she couldn’t feel any pain. But, shouldn’t her yellow eye be doing the job as well? Sadaku pushed away that thought and put the necklace on. As soon as she did, it made her feel…unstoppable. But Sadaku was not at all stupid. Night will soon fall, and then she’ll be exposed to the dark nights. It’s alright Saduku. Everything will be okay. Wait, was that her parents’ voice? Sadaku ran deeper and deeper into the woods, looking for a place to stay. Then suddenly, she felt like she was being lifted. A tree root was carrying her! “A-Ahh!” she gasped. “Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!” The tree root was going at top speed, faster than a car. It seemed like it was carrying her to the ocean. The ocean. The ocean. The tree root dumped her off, right on to the muddy sand. It was night now. “W-where have you taken me?” asked Sadaku. But nobody answered. Not a single soul was in sight to answer her. Just then, a roaring wave crashed on her. “AAHHhhh!..” Her voice was drowned by the cold ocean. She looked around in a panic, hoping somebody would come and rescue her. But before she could blink, the ocean lifted her up, letting her sit on the water. How strange! Sadaku thought. Just then the ocean dumped some fish onto Sadaku’s lap. “Ewwwwwww. Ocean, what is this?” “It is your food, for now.” Wait, did the ocean just respond to her? “Wait, where are you taking me?” This time it did not respond. Sadaku tried again. “Ocean, where are you taking me?” “A place for you to stay.” The Ocean only responds when you call it by its name! “Okay, Ocean, how long will it be until sunrise?” “Exactly 6 hours and 35 minutes, Sadaku.” The Ocean knew her name! “Please rest now, Sadaku. You have a long journey ahead of you.” “Wait, what? Uh-Ocean? What do you mean?” It did not respond. Then, Sadaku eventually dozed off, and dreamed of her parents, praising her for finding the necklace. Sadaku, wake up. It is now day. That voice again! Sadaku instantly woke up. She found herself on an island, with a tiny shack. Inside, there was a fireplace covered in dust, a broken chair, and some old scrolls that kept falling off the shelves because of the strong wind. Sadaku wanted to cook the fish, and she was now very hungry. She hadn’t eaten since yesterday! Just then, the sun began to shine on the flame symbol, and then it magnified the heat, and onto some rotted wood near the shore! She now had a campfire to cook the fish! When she finished her unusual timing meal, she wanted to read the scrolls. But she couldn’t understand them. They were all written in this weird language, with symbols and letters, and pictures. It was just too confusing for Sadaku!

~Chapter 4 Understanding How Things Work~

Later that day, Sadaku just spent her time talking with Ocean, asking her silly questions like “What’s your favorite color?” or “is it just you here, or are there other people?” But no matter how many questions Sadaku asked her, Ocean would always reply with one-worded answers. Later it got boring, and Sadaku wanted to hang some of her dirty clothes, while wearing the new ones Ocean gave her, which were basically fish scales and dried plants! But even with those materials, they still looked beautiful in a sea-like way. Sadaku felt proud, wearing something different. After all, Sadaku would always love to dress up as Queens and Princesses when she was little! Oh, how her parents would laugh at her, and tease her about how grown up she is!
It was taking a really long time for Sadaku’s clothes to dry, so she enlisted the help of the wind, who she found out, its name was breeze. Breeze helped her air out her clothes, while the ocean came to deliver more fish to Sadaku, along with some dried kelp!
“I managed to get some rice at the faraway market, Sadaku. Now, I can teach you how to make sushi!” Sadaku loved sushi!
“But wait, Ocean, how can you travel all the way from here to there?”
“Oh, you caught me!” said Ocean, but now with a regular girl voice. Just then, Ocean suddenly turned into a girl, with long wavy light blue hair, with shells, pearls, starfishes, and all sorts of ocean accessories in her hair! She had a silk like dress, with Pearls and snowflakes on them, and a little blue sparkly cape. Her dress had so many shades of blue and purple, and it was so utterly detailed! Why couldn’t Sadaku’s clothes be like that? Ocean gave off this dazzling and kind presence, and she looked like a glowing star. She always wore a smile on her face, which made Sadaku feel a little overwhelmed. Sadaku was speechless.
“H-how, w-what?” She said in a shaked voice.
“I know, I know, just relax and I’ll tell you everything!” said Ocean (Sadaku’s perspective:) Ocean explained to me that she was one of the so called, “Elemental Girls'' and that she was the water Elemental, and she was here to help and guide me to complete my “so called journey” Her abilities involve turning into water, (which I already knew) transforming into a mermaid, able to talk to sea creatures, and the ability to heal wounds from mere water.
“Oh! I see you found that necklace! Did Breeze help you?” Ocean pointed out.
“Oh! Um, yeah! That was when I was still in the woods.” answered Sadaku.
“Well, that’s wonderful! Come on Breeze, you can come out now!”
The clouds started to change a little, into this shaped-like figure. Was that…Breeze?
“Sorry, she’s super shy! I hope you don’t mind that! Breeze! It’s okay! It’s just me and Sadaku.”
Breeze suddenly came out, with a white kimono, she had long black hair, with star jewelry clipped to it. Her kimono was mainly white, but there were clouds and stars on it, which were a sort of gold color. She gave off this angelic presence that made Sadaku feel a bit afraid.
“Oh! Please forgive me for intruding on your conversation Sadaku!” The voice from Breeze made Sadaku feel a bit…awkward. Breeze was tall, but she gave off such a kind and girly voice that it reminded Sadaku of a tall, kind giant. Sadaku loved those stories when she was a little girl. Every night her mother would read fantasy stories just like that to her as bedtime stories, which most of which, as you could guess, made Sadaku fall asleep, often with a sucking thumb or a puddle of drool.
“It’s all right Breeze, come sit down!” requested Ocean, “And get over here and sit with us! Sadaku’s right here!”
“Oh!” Breeze’s face lit up. “You must be The Chosen one, aren’t you?”
“The-The Chosen one? Wha-What do you mean?” Sadaku was surprised and scared at the same time.
“She means that you’ll be the one that will find all the other Elemental Girls, and vanish the darkness from this land,” said Ocean in a calm voice.
“I’m sorry, but WHAT?!”
“Huh?” said Ocean.
“Oh dear! We told her too much Ocean! At such a young age as well! We planned to train her before telling her this! What do you think the other Elemental Girls will think of this?”
“I’m sorry.” Sadaku said. “But I'm not doing that.”
“Oh Sadaku! I am so sorry! I always say stuff like that and I never really notice it until I actually say it with my own mouth! Please forgive us!” said Breeze. Ocean gave off a gentle forlorn look that made Sadaku feel sorry for letting her down. Besides, a few surprises wouldn’t stop her, right?
“Okay. I…agree to save the world and stop the darkness!” said Sadaku, with a quick and worried but somehow encouraging tone.
“Yay!” Ocean jumped up and down with excitement, and Breeze did nothing but smile at Sadaku, it was a relieved smile. Sadaku couldn’t do anything then give the smile back in return.

~Chapter 5: Time to Train!~

(Sadaku’s perspective) Ocean and Breeze have been training me, and they’ve been teaching me stuff like how to control the water, how to breath underwater for a long amount of time, and “becoming one with the wind” and learning how to control the breeze and telling which direction it’s going through. But sometimes I still wonder what my eyes are here for, existing, and how I manage them.. But Ocean and Breeze have been great at helping me train! I still don't know where to find the other two though, but I do know that nothing’s gonna stop me until I finish what I start! After all, I am Sadaku Takahashi!

2 Months later
“Sadaku. Today, we are going out to the forest. I know this is a little soon, but I think you’re ready to learn the elements of Earth.” said Ocean.
“Breeze suggested it herself. Are you okay with that?”
Sadaku was tired, but she had managed to finally master water and air. Though, she never really liked moving onto new things, but she was “The Chosen one” and nothing could change that. Besides, she didn’t wanna let Ocean and Breeze down!
“I-I accept!” Sadaku answered.
“Wonderful!” said Ocean and Breeze in Union, while jumping up and down in excitement.
(Sadaku’s perspective yet again) Today, Ocean and Breeze have been leading me into the woods, calling out the Earth elemental’s name, “Forest.” We were searching for her all over the place, until we heard a rustling sound high up in the trees.
“Forest!” exclaimed Breeze, “We’ve been looking for you all over the place!”
“Sorry,” exclaimed Forest, “I was feeding the deer here. Do you want to join me?”
Forest had Shiny Green hair, with a dotted mushroom cape, with an Elven-styled brown tunic, along with turquoise pants and shoes. She also had an autumn leaf accessory in her hair.
Forest
“No thanks!” said Ocean, annoyed. “Anyways, this is Sadaku, and she’s going to save the world!”
“Really?! Oh wow, that means I have to train you, don’t I?”
Ocean rolled her eyes, “clueless as always” she thought.
“Okay! Wow, is it really you Sadaku?”
“It is,” said Ocean, “Didn’t I tell you that already?”
“Come on Ocean, don’t always be so cold to Forest, we just found her!” said Breeze.
“Oh, all right! But let’s hurry back. The sun’s starting to set.”
“Speaking of which,” began Forest, “Have you guys found Sunny yet?”
That must be the Fire Elemental’s name!
“No, apparently not. But come on, let’s hurry!” exclaimed Ocean.
The 4 ran, and Sadaku found out that Forest was overwhelmingly friendly, kind of like Ocean, but way more…Embracive. She would always talk about her dear animal friends, and what they like to eat, and what their favorite hiding spot was.
“Okay,” said Ocean, “Tomorrow, Forest will train you, and then we’ll find Sunny. But now, let us all rest.”
“Agreed.” said Forest and Breeze, and went into the shack, ready to tuck in for the night.
Sadaku looked at Ocean, “Hey, Ocean, aren’t you going to sleep?”
Ocean didn’t look back at Sadaku. “No. I’d rather not. Night is when the tides are strongest. And that is the time when I shall train. Us Elemental Girls, always have to be on the lookout, no matter what. And make it up, for her.”
Wait, who was, her?

~Chapter 6 Bonds~
It was at the crack of dawn when Breeze woke Sadaku up. She was awfully embarrassed by putting her in a cranky mood, but she was doing what was best for the team.
“Please, wake up Sadaku. I am so truly sorry for the disturbance! But it’s okay! I made you breakfast.”
Sadaku gave out a tiring yawn. “Where’s Ocean?” she asked.
“Oh!” said Breeze. “Oh um, Ocean? She woke up extra early to go to the market. Don’t worry, she usually does this. Her favorite food is seashell salmon with oyster spices, and she wants to get them early, when they're not sold out.”
“Oh.” said Sadaku. Then she looked around. “Where’s Forest?”
“Oh Forest? She always wakes up early to feed the rabbits and deer.” she paused. “Sorry for any sudden surprises. Hehe, hea!” *embarrassed because she has no actual tasks other than training Sadaku*
“No it’s alright.” said Sadaku.
“So….”
“So…?”
“Um! We-we should start training!” Began Breeze.
“Okay” replied Sadaku
Sadaku’s perspective: So that morning, me and Breeze began to train. She kept on muttering about when Sunny was going to come, and when Forest and Ocean were going to come back.
“Hey, Breeze, can I ask you something?” said Sadaku
“Of course! Whatever you need.”
“Why is Ocean always so cold to Forest?”
There was a slight pause. Breeze’s expression changed
“You see, Forest had a very bad side..”
“What happened?” Sadaku asked.
“The fire elemental, Sunny, was friends with Ocean. And when Sunny and Ocean were children, they met Forest’s big sister, who went by the name Zosia. And their friendship didn’t turn out well, and in the end they broke into battle and Zosia ran away. Well, before that, Zosia and Forest would bully Ocean.. ”
“What?! Why?!”
“Well, since Ocean had water powers, and Forest needed someone to water her plants, everyday Zosia and Forest would bully Ocean for water. The bullying was mostly Zosia, and Forest just thought it was the right thing to do so she went along with it. But then later she realized what she was doing and apologized to Ocean, but Ocean didn’t take it so sincerely, so she’s been trying to fix everything by being nice to her.” Breeze paused. “Zosia would also bully Sunny and shout at her because her sun kept on burning and dying her plants even though it did mostly good by giving the plants enough vitamins from them, but Ocean would always try to defend Sunny, while Sunny tried to defend Ocean as well. It works both ways. Well, then… something changed. Zosia was cursed one day, not knowing what had happened, and grew even stronger. She wanted power… So then, she learned how to create… monsters…and… that's how it all started… and we need you to track her down and finally defeat her.” Breeze ended with a sigh.
“...Could you tell me why Sunny and Ocean have such a strong bond…?”
“Well, their “strong bond” was referred to “Blazing history.” The Water and the Fire grew pretty close after their war, and made peace. And once Ocean and Sunny were born, they grew inseparable.”
“Woah…” Sadaku said, very surprised.
“Well, was the battle really that bad?” Sadaku asked.
“Of course it was! Do you have any idea what an earth elemental could do when it goes haywire?”
Sadaku pictured an image of the earth being corrupt.
“But it’s not as bad compared to a water or fire elemental.”
“Oh.”
“So…what element am I?” asked Sadaku
“Oh you? You’re the-”
Suddenly a beam of light fell down. It was so bright, and it felt like fire against the cool water.
“Hi everybody!” exclaimed a girl in red, orange, and yellow hues.
“Oh my!” exclaimed Breeze. “Sunny! You have come!”
Sunny smiled, “Yes,” she looked around. “Where’s Ocean?”
“She’s at the market.” said Sadaku.
Sunny gasped. “Wait, Breeze you-”
“Yes Sunny, Sadaku is here.”

~Chapter 7: Journey~

An hour passed, and Ocean finally came back to the shack. “Well, I'm back guys!! And-...” Ocean dropped her groceries. “S-sunny? Sunny!” Ocean hugged her. “Ocean!!!! I missed you!” Sunny said.
“Wow they are really close!” Sadaku said.
“Yup!” said Breeze. “They do almost everything together!”
Sadaku watched intently as the two girls chatted. Back in Tokyo she never had any friends, she was just always locked up in her empty mansion. Sadaku shook her head. Now is not the time to be thinking about that! Now is the time to look forward and face new challenges
“Now that we’re all here,” Began Ocean, “We can get a move on and head towards the next village.”
“Wait, but what about Forest?” asked Breeze.
“Forest can find her own way!” said Ocean.
“Yeah!” Sunny added on.
“Come on guys, we're a team! No one gets left behind!” said Breeze
“Fine!” Ocean crossed her arms in dismay and looked away.
“But she better come quickly! It’s almost late noon.”
“Alright then!” said Breeze. “I promise I’ll find her before Sunset!”
“Sunset isn’t enough time to get to the next village, Breeze! And we can’t use our powers open handedly because we might be taken into custody!”
“I’ll come along with her!” exclaimed Sadaku. “If it means the search will be quicker, I’ll go!”
“Alright then,” said Ocean. “While you two are searching, me and Sunny will start getting ready, and then I’ll call my dolphins to escort us to the next destination.”
“Okay then!” said Sadaku. “We’ll promise to make it back in time!”

~Chapter 8: The Sense of Fire~

(After they found Forest) Sadaku and Forest went down to the river, and followed its narrow path to see if it led to a town or perhaps a village.
“Ugh, Sadaku! Can you like, walk faster- oh, i'm so sorry.. I don’t know what has gotten into me..”
“Aw, it's ok Forest!” Sadaku replied with a big warm smile.
They sped up and ran down, and Forest sensed something.
“Hey Sadaku, I smell some charcoal! There must be a village there! W-wait.. that's not charcoal…” Forest stopped, like she was sensing something wrong.
“It’s ok, maybe it's just somebody making a fire to… roast some fish!” Sadaku replied, trying not to make Forest worry even more. (With Ocean, Breeze, and Sunny) “Ok guys! Let's go down this path! It looks like a trail that leads to a village!” Sunny started.
“Great idea, Sun!” Ocean complemented.
“Wait, guys, where is Forest and Sadaku?” said Breeze, starting to panic.
“Ugh!” Ocean turned to look at Breeze and put her arms on her hips. “She’s an earth elemental! But you’re saying that she can’t even handle keeping on a track in the middle of a forest?! What is she doing? Getting distracted with all the oh let me guess, “the cute rabbits and deer”?! Trusting her on the LAST-” Ocean stopped and shook her head. “There might be people here but I can’t trust her!” Ocean yelled.
She paused and winced while shaking her head. She didn’t want anything to do with Forest. Why? Why was she the chosen earth elemental? Ocean dropped that thought as well and continued on.“Wait, I feel like there is some fire in the direction we are going in.. I can clear it, and there might be people there we need to rescue.
Come on!”
*Forest changed
Ocean and Sunny ran while Breeze sent a strong current to make them run faster.
“The smell is getting stronger!” Sunny sensed.
“Ocean, please, run quickly and clear it out, I can see what's going on, but that fire wasn’t started by some small campfire!
Ocean ran and saw the flames spreading toward every inch of the village houses.
“It looks like this village is set on fire!” She yelled back. She ran, clearing her path with ice.
Forest and Sadaku were walking cautiously, but fast, since it was ending the crack of dawn.
“Wait, I sense more fire!” Forest cried.
She started to walk faster. Sadaku followed behind.
“Wait, I see.. A village! But it smells like smoke!!!! …Is that Ocean? I need to help!” Sadaku said in a hurry. Forest sat there, Unbothered.

~Chapter 9: A Fiery Attack~

Sadaku rushed to help Ocean fight the fire.
“I can't use my eyes to kill the fire! I'm so sorry I can't help!” Sadaku cried.
“No, i-its o-ok! I can d-do this! W-well i c-can't talk w-when i-im f-fighting..” Ocean said, wincing.
Sadaku nodded. Maybe there was a person who accidentally set a fire? But I'm going to the village to see if I can help.
“Wait! Sadaku! Me and Breeze are coming with you!” Sunny yelled.
Sadaku nodded, with Sunny and Breeze following behind towards the village. Fighting the fire was just a piece of cake for Ocean. Especially ‘cause fire can't control itself.
When the three got to the village, darkness spread all over the place. Sadaku ran to the injured villagers and magically healed them with her right eye.
...WHAT? Sadaku thought. Wait..so if my left eye cuts anything open, and my right eye heals things.. Wait! I could use this!
“There's a monster attacking this village!” Breeze yelled. She lifted the monster up from the ground.
“WHO ARE YOU AND WHY ARE YOU ATTACKING THIS POOR VILLAGE?!” Breeze yelled.
“Hahaha.. You don’t know who I am, Breeze?” The monster
laughed.
“Wait…you’re…aren't you.. one of HER SUPPORTERS?” Breeze said, struggling to keep the monster up.
“Ha ha ha! Of course!” laughed the monster. “NOW PUT ME DOWN-”
All of a sudden Sunny sent the monster burning up in flames.
“ARGHHH!” The monster growled with pain.
Just then Ocean came and put the fire out and it started to rain. The monster’s skin was left red with burns. Then Ocean suddenly plunged forward and was able to grab a map tied to his belt.
“I got it!” she yelled.
“Slay Moon!” (Ocean’s nickname) said Sunny.
“Thanks Sun!” Ocean yelled back.
Just then Breeze dropped the monster and it crumpled into ashes, fading away.
Ocean gave the map to Sunny and She opened it.
“Hmmm…” Sunny paused. “It looks like there are roads, and points leading to a.. Dark Castle.. It must be where Victoria is..”
Everyone froze. “V-victoria..?” Sadaku asked.
“..We need to follow these points, which leads to.. Demons..and we need to kill them, leading to her..” Ocean said.
“W-what? How is Forest’s sister evil?” Sadaku asked. “Well, after she ran, she performed.. An unknown magic, called..-” Breeze stopped and heard someone come over.
Forest came over.
“Oh hey guys! How’s everything been? Whoa this village is a mess guys! You guys should get a move on!”
Ocean got so paranoid that she ran up to Forest and grabbed her by the shirt.
“Forest! What is going on inside your head?? First you don’t even come along to help, and then you just expect us to clean this village all by ourselves while you just stand there playing with the squirrels?? Forest I can’t believe you!! You’re just like Victoria!”
“Yeah!” Sunny added on. “We’re supposed to be a team, but I guess you’re that one kid that doesn’t pitch in but gets the same grade as everybody else!”
Breeze just stood there, hoping that it would just get over with.
Just then Sadaku came in, carrying sandbags and food from the villagers. She was panting and was so tired.
“Sadaku!” Ocean clung on to Forest but looked at Sadaku.
“Here.” replied Sadaku. “I tried to gather up as much as I could. I hope this helps. The sandbags are to help you put out the remnants of the fire. I'm sorry I couldn’t do anything more.” Sadaku kneeled down and put her hands on her lap.
“Oh Sadaku.” Ocean started. She let go of Forest’s shirt, and hugged Sadaku.
“I need some kind of revenge…” thought Forest.
“Ok guys! Let's eat!” Sadaku said. “I’m so ready for the next adventure!”
But they didn’t know that…Someone was watching…

~Chapter: 10 Someone’s Watching~
It was midnight, and the trees swayed, and everything started to move.
“Oh my! I see a feast indeed!” said a voice that came from a little girl. “This is my lucky day! I can’t wait to tell RUICHI THIS!” Then she tip-toed to the sleeping group.
“They look..so..uhh..-let's dig in!” She said, happily.
~In Sadaku’s dream~
Sadaku woke up in a white room.
“S-Sadaku? Dear!” said a female voice.
“W-what? Wait…MOM?” Sadaku opened her eyes.
“Yes dear! Father is here too!” Sadaku’s mom answered.
“Hey, hun!” Sadaku’s dad said. Sadaku was surprised. There was a statue a few feet away from her. She looked at it. Nothing happened.
“Oh, dear! You don't have you’re hideous eyes anymore!” Her mother said.
“Now, if you come with us, we can set you free!” said her Father.
“What? N-no! Dad! And set me free?” Sadaku yelled. “I’m sorry but no…” She closed her eyes. “I need to get back to Sunny, Ocean, Breeze, and Forest!”
“NO, YOU ARE COMING WITH US!” Sadaku’s parents yelled.
“NO! ITS JUST A DREAM! A STUPID DREAM-” Sadaku pushed back. She blacked out.
Sadaku woke up.
“W-what is h-happening?” She saw a monster!
“GUYS-” The monster scratched her. “OUCH!” Sunny and Ocean woke up. Soon, Breeze did, too.
“Wait, what's happ-” Sunny asked. The monster scratched her. Sunny, Ocean, Breeze, and Sadaku got up, and Breeze carried Forest high up in a tree.
“What did you just do?” Ocean asked the demon, getting serious.
“Well, I scratched her. Got a problem, blue wretch-” The monster stopped.
Ocean came in with a water blast that nearly drowned her. Then, Sunny put her up in flames. Breeze then threw her up and down.
“B-brother!!!!!! RUICH-EEEE!!!!” The demon girl screamed, fading away.
A teenage boy appeared. “Yui!! I’ll tell the rest of our family that we have a fe-”
Ruichi stopped. He stood there, and then, he suddenly screamed aloud. “AHHHHH!!! YOU RETCH! YOU KILLED MY SISTER! MY BELOVED YOUNGER SISTER (Pant, pant) ARGHHHHH!!” He suddenly plunged forward and started to attack Sadaku and everybody else. He unleashed his hands, and spiders came out. It started tying them down with strong threads.
“Guys, douge the spiders! While I head for the monster!” Sadaku said.
Her gaze set upon the demon. She tried really hard to focus on him, especially with her left eye. He started to tear apart.
“Yes Sadaku! Keep going!” Sunny yelled. She used flames to roast the spiders, while Ocean used a simple water technique, and drowned the spiders to their deaths. Ruichi grew numb. He used his last piece of strength to make a huge spider web! It managed to cut everyone except Sadaku. She focused her left eye to cut the web, then she used it again and left some deep wounds on the boy.
(The monsters can regenerate, so they take some time to regrow their arms, head, or any part of their body if anyone cuts through it.)
Ruichi was shocked how she used her eye to destroy his web and him.
“Hmm. It doesn’t matter anyways if she hurts me or not.” That demon boy thought in mid-motion. “Demons can regenerate anyways!”
“Hey, Little girl, why don’t you join me and Master Victoria? You look really strong!”
“Uhh thank you for the compliment, but i would never join monsters.” Sadaku said. Then, she sliced his whole body into pieces, with a motion of her left hand with her left eye glowing. Then, Sunny burned the boy.
“That should do it,” Said Sunny, replying with a grin.
“Well, let's check the map for where we’re heading next.”
Sid Sadaku while putting her hair in a ponytail.
“Let's go!”

~Chapter 11: The Water Tree~

The five headed to the next point.
“Hey, shouldn’t we find a resting place?” Sunny asked. She paused. “Oh yeah! Wait! We left Forest!” she said in fake concern.
So they went back to the place that they were resting, and found her sleeping in a tree. She woke up.
“Oh hey guys! What did I miss-” Ocean slapped her and almost did a water blast on her. Just then, Breeze held her down with her sir force.
“Hey! What was that for?” Forest yelled.
“YOU DIDN'T BOTHER TO WAKE UP AND FIGHT WITH US WHEN THERE WAS A MONSTER? YOU SELFISH-” Ocean paused while shaking her head and calmed down.
“Well Forest, why didn’t you bother to fight? That’s not helping anyone to get you YOUR SISTER!” Sunny yelled. She pushed Forest away but this time Forest made a weak shield and almost pricked Sunny, but then Ocean destroyed the shield with her ice breaking technique and wet Forest. Then, Sunny got really mad at Forest and used her fire flame blast to slap her, and blood came out of her mouth.
Sadaku couldn’t take it anymore.“Guys, let's not fight! Like Sunny wanted, let's find a place to rest for the night! Soon the sun’s going to rise!”
“Yeah, Sadaku is right, guys! We should rest for tomorrow!” Breeze said.
“Fine!” said Ocean.
“*Scoff* Alright.” said Sunny.
Sadaku felt a great pang of sorrow in her. What if the group tears apart? Who will help her with her “quest?”
“Uh, Breeze, may you check where the next point is?” Sadaku asked.
“Uh sure! Sadaku.” said Breeze. “Hey Sunny, can I borrow the map for a second?”
“Oh yeah, sure,” said Sunny. She was with Ocean, packing up.
“Thank you. Looks like The Water Tree!” said Breeze, nervous if Sunny and Ocean would hate her because she didn’t confront Forest.
“Ok! Let's go!” Sadaku said.
Speaking of Forest…
She was in a little corner all by herself at the foot of a tree. A bird pooped on her.
“URGH!! I hate being an elemental cadet! Why was I the chosen earth elemental? This is so annoying!” She walked over to Ocean. Ocean was busy practicing with Breeze.
“Ugh! I hate her so much!” said Ocean, who was practicing her water blasts.
“Oh come on Ocean! Forest is really not that bad.” exclaimed Breeze.
“Not that bad? Not that BAD?? She is absolutely USELESS. I can’t even believe that she was the chosen earth elemental! It's absolutely rubbish! It’s absolutely ridicul-
“Hey…Ocean?” Forest asked.
“WHAT? WE ARE HEADING TO THE WATER TREE! I HAVE NO TIME TO TALK WITH SOMEONE LIKE YOU!” Ocean yelled. “Let's go!”
“But we’re practicing!” said Breeze.
“SO?? I DON’T CARE! COME ON! WE’RE WASTING PRECIOUS TIME!!” said Ocean in a confronting tone.
“..Ok..” Said Breeze.
-At The Water Tree-
When they got to the water tree, Forest dragged Ocean.
“Ocean! I need to talk to you!” said Forest.
“Oh no… this isn’t going to turn out well… I need to follow them!” said Breeze
“Ugh!!!! Fine! But make it quick!” Ocean snapped. So she took Ocean by hand to a private place. Then she made sharp thorns, and then pricked Ocean.
“HEY! THAT HU-” Ocean groaned and then fainted.
“Haha! That should tell you to not yell at me.” Forest whispered. Then, Forest ran away.
“Oh my god… Ocean! Help! Help!” Breeze yelled.
Forest ran to the tree, where Sadaku and Sunny were.
“GUYS! OCEAN FAINTED WHEN WE WERE TALKING!” Forest yelled, trying to be innocent.
“WHAT?!?” Sunny yelled.
“Let me see! I think I can heal her!” Sadaku said while getting up. Just as she was about to run towards Ocean, Forest stopped her and pushed her away.
“Hey! What are you doing For-”
but then Sunny suddenly pushed Forest back.
“Argh! Stop always being so mean to me Sunny!!” said Forest.
“Um, then why did you just push Sadaku back when she was running towards Ocean to heal her??” said Sunny.
“That was just. an . accident.” said Forest, tightening up.
“Ugh. Like we’d ever believe you.” Sunny looked away. “Disgusting Fur ball.”
“I heard that you idiot!” Forest was just about to plunge forward to scratch Sunny with her sharp claws. The thing is, being an Earth Elemental gives you the ability to hear as good as an American barn owl, and it also gives you the ability to have sharp claws as a wolf.
Just then a blast of water ran through the two of them (Sunny and Forest). Turns out, it was Ocean!
“Ocean!” exclaimed Sunny.
“Sunny!” exclaimed Ocean.
“Are you alright?” she asked.
“I am, but I think Forest knocked me unconscious.” said Ocean, looking at Forest with a glare.
“Forest! So you lied!”
Forest was embarrassed. She just stood there. She said nothing.
“This is the perfect time to..Confront Forest! To prove that I'm with Sunny and Ocean!” Breeze thought.
“Hey Forest. I knew that you dragged Ocean to a private place and left her unconscious. I know! And I was following you!” Breeze yelled. Forest felt so humiliated.
Forest just sat down. “SITTING DOWN IS ALL YOU CAN DO?!? YOU RAT!” Ocean yelled at her. Forest looked scared and hurt.
“Hey guys, we shouldn’t be that me-” Breeze said.
“OH SO WHEN YOU HURT SOMEONE IT'S NOT A BIG DEAL? C’MON SUNNY, SADAKU. WE’RE LEAVING.” Ocean yelled again. Ocean leaned to use her hand to suffocate Forest’s neck, but Breeze held her down.
“...Our group.. It's breaking up once again..” thought Sadaku.
“I just wish Forest never would've injected that poison into Ocean. Now, she’s just sad. Everyone’s sad.
Ocean crossed her arms. “Come on. Let’s go. To the Fire Tree. And from now on, I know that I cannot trust Forest.”
Then, Forest pushed Ocean, but she didn’t fall, and she held her palm on the water tree. Then she started to change.
“Woah! That's your middle form? It's so cool!” Sunny exclaimed.
“Thank you, Sun!” Ocean said, joyfully twirling around in her new middle form.
“Oh yeah! I forgot to tell you Sadaku, when each Elemental Girl touches the tree, they grow into their middle form! And there is also a final form, when the Elemental Girls reach their power limit, they start to change into their final form! Also, the middle forms make you stronger! And when you reach the final form, you get a mark on your face, to determine that you are very strong!” Ocean replied, happily.
“Oh! That's great!” Sadaku said. Good! Now Ocean is in a good mood, so we can go to the fire tree! Sadaku thought.
~Chapter 12: The Fire Tree~

It was the morning, and the group was heading towards the fire tree.
“We’re here!” Sunny shouted. Then, Forest felt a little madness in her stomach.
“I hate Ocean! I wish Ocean was never a part of this!” She said
Then, she charged at Ocean! “HEY!” Ocean yelled. She quickly dodged, but then Breeze held her down, but suddenly Ocean sprayed the deadliest of salt water into Breeze’s nostrils and it almost suffocated her.
“Ahh!” Breeze yelled, with blood leaking from her nostrils.
“Don’t hold me down then!” screamed Ocean, and just as she was about to plunge towards Breeze to attack her, Forest used her thorn cage to try to capture Ocean. But Sunny used her flame road to burn the cage and set Ocean free! But Breeze held her in the air.
Sadaku felt pain. “I CAN’T GO ON LIKE THIS WHY ARE YOU ALWAYS LIKE THIS, FOREST??!” Sadaku yelled.
Forest cried. “I-I’m sorry! Please!” She said.
“...Let’s go to the fire tree..” Sadaku said. Everyone agreed and went.
At the Fire Tree, everyone was silent of how Sadaku yelled at Forest.
“Look, Forest! I'm so sorry! I shouldn’t have yelled!” Sadaku exclaimed.
“I-it's ok..” Forest answers, still a bit uneven and scared.
“Hey Sunny! Why don’t you touch the fire tree? Let's see your form!” Breeze said, trying to let everyone focus on Sunny.
“Ok!” Exclaimed Sunny. She held her hand on the tree, and it glowed.
Then, she transformed. “Wow, Sun! You look stunning!” Ocean complemented.
“Thanks, Moon!!!” Sunny replied.
“Now, let's go to the air tree and see Breeze’s final form, and.. Hers..” said Sunny.

~Chapter 13: The Air and Earth tree~

It reached night, and they already made their way to the Air Tree.
“You can go touch the tree…” Forest said.Breeze touched it, and transformed!
“Wow, you look great, Breeze!” Sadaku cheered.
“Thanks, Sadaku!” Breeze said. “But for now, let's sleep! And Everyone slept.
Sadaku was twisting and turning in the night, unable to sleep. Then, Sunny woke up. “Oh, Sunny! You up, too?” Sadaku whispered.
“Yeah..I couldn't sleep too.. Well, we are up, so should we take a walk?” Sunny asked.
“Sure!” exclaimed Sadaku
As they were in their walk, they saw a purple blob moving through the trees.
“Wait, Sadaku, I think we ran into a demon!” Said Sunny, getting ready to fight.
Sadaku nodded and got her eyes ready.
The demon came out.
“Hi, oh looks like I ran into some food! Lucky though, you guys are weak-” He looked at Sunny. Sweat came from his forehead. He suddenly then realized what he was doing.
“Oh no… this is bad… I have run into an elemental… well… I have to prove that I'm worthy.. I have to fight…” The monster thought. So then he charged at them.
“Sadaku! Get ready!” Sunny said.
“Ok!” Sadaku answered. The monster charged at Sadaku, but she stared at him, and his head chopped off.
“Great! His neck is his weakest part, so it will take him a while to regenerate!” Sunny replied. Then, she charged with a fireball that roasted him in pieces.
“Well, after that, I'm getting kind of sleepy… should we head back Sadaku?” Sunny asked.
“Sure. I’m tired as well.” Sadaku replied.
So they both went back.
The next day, it was pretty early. The group woke up, and went on their way to the earth tree.
“Ugh, the Earth Tree… I hate it…” Ocean said and rolled her eyes.
“Yeah! Phh!” Sunny replied.
Sadaku didn’t say anything, because she knew this would end.
“Guys! Isn’t it exciting? It’s MY turn! I'm getting my middle form!” Forest exclaimed.
“Yeah! That's nice!” Breeze said and smiled. Sunny rolled her eyes.
They arrived at the earth tree, and then, Forest saw some deer and bunnies.
“Omygosh! Let me see if they know me! One sec!” Forest said, excited.
“Oh my god. I hate this! “One sec” Is going to take an HOUR!” Ocean said and rolled her eyes, again.
After 30 minutes, Forest wasn’t even done, but then finally Sunny burst.
“Oh my god! Just touch the stupid tree already you worm!” said Sunny, and then she pushed Forest to the Earth Tree and then she suddenly transformed.
“Oh wow! Um, Forest! You look…great!” Breeze said.
“Ok, ok, now Sun, where is the next point?” Ocean asked.
“It looks like it's a…village! Let's go!” said Sunny.
“Wait, but we can’t go out looking like this… we don’t look like normal people, so we need…a disguise.”

~Chapter 14: The disguised fight~

When the group finally got to the village, they chose a bush to hide in.
“Ok guys, the plan is that we sneak into a fabric store and a hair store to get some supplies, cause no one here has purple, blue, green, and red hair!” said Breeze.
“Ok! Let's go to the fabric shop first!” Sunny said.
“Agreed!” Sadaku replied. They got some village clothes, and found a private place to put them on.
“Ok! Next, is the hair! Uhh, Breeze, can you use your air force to float some wigs on the display with your mind?” Ocean asked. Breeze nodded and used her mind to control the wigs in their way, and also grab some contracts. They all put them on.
“Great! That means we're all good! But wait, we need to show Sadaku how we use our minds to beat monsters!” Ocean said.
“Yup! So we say what we want to do in our head, for example Sunny says Sunblast, in her mind really hard and she eventually does it. So yeah!” Ocean said, again.
“Ok! Well, let's see if we can find a monster!” Sadaku said. They agreed and went further to the village.
HELP! THIS MONSTER IS HUGE! IT’S ATTACKING OUR VILLAGE! HELP! SOMEONE! PLEASE!!” screamed a man. The monster suddenly picked him up and ate him. Sadaku looked at it in horror.
“Don’t worry, you will get used to it… and yes, it is tragic…” Ocean said.
“Well, let's not waste time and go!” Sunny said.
Forest found some boxes and sat there, eating fruits.
“...Sun blast!” Sunny shouted in her mind.
“Quiet breeze!” thought Breeze
Ice blast! Screamed Ocean. (in her mind)
Argh, come on! Come on! Got to make this work! Sadaku concentrated on the monster really hard, and then suddenly his arm slipped off!
After the fight, the monster was roasted, and everyone was confused on what power it was coming from.
Then, when Forest was finished eating, an angry villager came to her.
“HEY! YOU STUPID RAT! STOP EATING MY FRUITS! UGH! UGLY STUPID RAT! STUPID STUPID STUPID!” The villager yelled, and pulled out a broom from his back and started wacking her with it, carelessly.
“I-im so sorry sir!” Forest replied, bruised and blood coming out of her nose.
“OH MY GOD! SHE DIDN’T FIGHT AGAIN?!?” Screamed Ocean. “SHE IS SO LAZY! WHY IS SHE EVEN PART OF OUR GROUP?!?”
The group saw the angry villager wacking her with a stick.
Sunny and Ocean laughed.
“She got what she deserved.” Sunny said.

~Chapter: 15 The Cherry Blossom Village~

When they got to the village, Sunny, Ocean, Breeze, and Forest looked around.
“Have you noticed that all the women have started to disappear??” said a woman to another woman.
“I have. My son is pretty scared, so I locked up all the windows and doors and my husband nailed them with wooden boards.”
“Oh really? I don’t think that can help! My friend Makato was unfortunately killed, even after she hired guards and boarded her windows and doors with wood!” the woman wiped her eyes.
“(Pant, pant) Help! Help! Somebody help!” said a man that was covered with soot and blood.
“Oh my!”
“Oh dear!” said the women.
“(Pant, pant) My wife has been kidnapped!” said the man. “Please! Send help!”
Just then Breeze came up to them. “Excuse me? Did I just hear the word kidnapped?” Breeze said in a worried tone.
“(Pant, pant) Yes! Please! (The man grabbed Breeze by the dress) Please send help to the police! I’m poor and I have no money, so please! Help me.” said the man, looking down.
She felt pity. “I will find the monster!” Breeze said. The man was thankful, and smiled. Just then, the rest came.
“Ok! So, I just heard from a little girl that she accidentally poured hot tea on her rug, but then something began to show, and made her parents sleep, and ate her parents.” Sunny said.
“So… the monster is.. Invisible?” Sadaku said, unsure.
“Yes! The monster is invisible!” Ocean exclaimed. “Good thinking!”
So they went to the village’s famous “Sakura tree route”
“We’re almost there!” Ocean said.
“Looks like this is it!” Sunny replied when they reached the spot.
Then, Forest fell asleep.
“The monster is here!” Sunny shouted.
Once he makes you sleep, he’ll eat you!” She shouted. Everyone began to panic.
“Well, I don't think the sleep is necessarily permanent…” Sadaku said. “I’ll try to sense the demon!” She continued. Sadaku used her eye really hard, to see if she could chop a part out. Then, Breeze started to fall asleep. Sunny prepared for an attack. Sadaku focused on something, then, an arm suddenly came off!
Then, some sound was happening. The sound was very disturbing.
Turns out, it was Forest’s snoring! Ugh. They all were very irritated, so Breeze used her last bit of energy to lift Forest up high in a tree before dozing off.
Then, Breeze fell to the floor sleeping. Sadaku focused more on the arm, since it came off.
“Ouch!” A voice came out all of a sudden.
“SHOW YOURSELF!” Ocean yelled. Then, something began to appear. It was the monster!
\
“Ok, ok you caught me. But, haha, you won't catch me if you don't know where I am! HAHA!” The monster giggled.
Then, the monster disappeared.
“Great. Now he’s disappeared!” said Sunny.

~Chapter 16: The Invisible Demon and the Claw Demon~

Everyone started to take a look around, trying to catch a glimpse of the beast.
“Over there!” said Ocean, and then blasted a tree with water.
“No, look, it's there!” said Breeze, and then hurled a gust of wind towards some bushes.
“Hee hee hee, you’ll never catch me!!” giggled the monster.
“Argh!” exclaimed Sunny. “Everytime we try to attack it, it just disappears in thin air! This is so frustrating!”
“Hee hee hee hee!” giggled the monster. “Catch me if you can!”
Everybody looked around, trying to find the monster.
“There is no sign of it!” bursted Breeze.
Sadaku kept looking.
“There!” she exclaimed. She ran towards the monster, with her hand she punched it, with her left eye glowing. Then the monster fainted. Sadaku looked at the monster and it chopped off. Its head went flying away.
“I’M NOT ALONE!” The monster shouted in its last words.
Everyone cheered. As the monster burned away, all the hair pins and the shoes of the adults and teenagers were left there, after the monster burned away.
“Not alone…? What does he mean by that??” Sadaku questioned.
“I don’t know…” said Ocean, “I think it has something to do with its tragic past…” Ocean said it with sympathy, as if she knew what was going on.
“Let’s go!” said Sunny.
Then Sadaku stopped. “Ugh!!”
“What?” Asked the entire group.
“Forest!”
The group gasped and Ocean gave out a huge groan.
“I swear I'll give her a good talk after this!” she whispered under her breath.
“Found her!” said Breeze.
“Great!” said Ocean, rolling her eyes in complete sarcasm.
Forest was still snoring, and then Ocean suddenly slapped her to wake her up and Sunny pinched her ear really hard that it turned red.
“Ow ow ow ow ow! What was that for??” said Forest, waking up in an instant.
“That was for not helping us in a battle once again!” said Ocean.
“Whatever,” muttered Forest, under her breath.
Ocean rolled her eyes.
Then, the ground started crumbling. “Ha ha ha! It’s your time to be consumed!” a low dramatic voice said.
“Huh? What was that sound…?” Said Ocean, confused.
“I don’t know…” Said Sunny.
“Sunny, watch what's happening, and I'll take care of the people!” Ocean said.
Sunny nodded.
Just then, the ground exploded into bits of pieces. And then, a monster came out! “Oh my! What a lucky bunch of people you are! Oh, it’s your death awakening you! ” The monster said, dramatically.
“Knew it! It was another one!” Sadaku yelled.
“Well well well! Of course that weak monster couldn’t beat you guys! Well, let me introduce myself before eating you!” It said, again,
“I’m the claw demon, Oni! Now, what's your last words before your death?” Oni said, smiling.
“We aren't going to die!” Sunny yelled. “Not yet! Not now!!” Oni got a little annoyed but he didn’t want to make a fool out of himself.
“Well then, who should I eat first hmm…ahh,” said Oni, opening up. “The Fire Elemental? She’s battling me? Oh! A one in a lifetime chance! I must take this fight!” said Oni happily.
Sunny looked really mad, and started using fire blasts on him.
His arm then ripped off and then, Sadaku started using her eye to chop his head off, but he kept moving, almost as fast as lightning! He used his sharp nails to scratch Sadaku, but she dodged barely, leaving her hair chopped off.
Sadaku didn’t know, at this moment, since she was focusing on the fight. “Oh! Haha! Your hair!” Oni laughed.
Sadaku grunted at the comment. Then she drove all her energy into her hands, and then used her eyes and fist to tear the monster apart, and it exploded into pieces, with blood flying everywhere.
Then for some reason, Forest used her earthling powers, and then a bunch of thorns appeared right below everybody! They all dodged but then right then and there Breeze cracked. But just when she was about to speak up, Forest interrupted.
“Ugh!” said Forest, “Sor—ry! I can’t control my powers!” Breeze then held back her speech, but then Sadaku stood up.
“Forest! I know you did that on purpose! For once, -” Sadaku started to shed the angry tears inside her- Why can’t you just control yourself?!” screamed Sadaku.
“Why would you do this!!” Sadaku began to lose control.
“I thought we were a team!” Sadaku sobbed. And she wouldn’t stop sobbing.
Just then Ocean came and knelt down beside her. “Sadaku…”
Sadaku sniffled. “Please…Ocean…Just leave me alone.” Ocean stayed there, and ruffled her hair.
Sunny then came up to Forest. “Forest.” Sunny said, with watery eyes.
“This is too far. You need to know your limits!” said Sunny, clenching her fists. Breeze stood there, and managed to shoot a glare at Forest.
“I’m-I’m sorry.” she confessed. “I just lost control.”
“Yeah right.” said Sunny. Breeze stepped up.
“Guys! Come on, she said sorry. I think we should all just-”
“I don’t care!!” said Sadaku, still crying. “I don’t care at all! Just leave Forest! Please! The team has all been messed up because of you!!” The elemental necklace that Sadaku was still wearing began to glow a weary green. The earth leaf started cracking.
“The Earth element!” screamed Sunny, “Sadaku, keep calm!”
“Ahhh!!” screamed Sadaku, shaking her head with her hands on her head. “FOOR-EST!”
The earth then started to shake, like the entire planet was being shook as if it was in a snow globe.
“SADAKU!!” screamed Ocean, lunging forward to protect her. Everybody else then searched for a protective place, while the trees fell one by one.
~ Chapter 17: Replaced ~
(A Mini chapter)

After the wreckage, Ocean, Forest, Sunny, Breeze, and Sadaku got up one by one. Sadaku looked at Ocean’s bleeding arm and whispered, “I’m so sorry.”
“It’s okay…” said Ocean, in a sad, depressed tone. “I’m just glad you're safe.” she whispered. She then drew some water out of thin air and used a water technique to clean the cuts and heal them. Sadaku walked by everyone to get to Forest.
“Please,” whispered Breeze in an anxious tone. “Please don’t go all out on Forest.” Sadaku ignored the request.
“Forest,” she started, in a strong voice but somehow yet whispered, “I’m-I’m,” Sadaku sighed as she spilled the words. “I’m sorry, Forest.” she paused. “I shouldn’t have gotten angry at you. I caused all this destruction, and now the village is going to need preparing, and everybody's wounded.” She looked over and saw Ocean struggling to keep focus on healing Sunny’s wounds with Breeze next to her, with a face that said, “pain.”
Forest stood there, giving a ‘you should’ face.
But then Forest’s expression changed.
“I’m-I’m sorry too Sadaku,” said Forest, she looked away. Her tone sounded more forced than meaning. But then again, people can hide feelings. But Sadaku chose forgiveness over grudge, I mean after all, she didn’t want the group breaking out into another fight.
Ocean finished healing Sunny and Breeze’s wounds. “That should do it.” she said, pouring some water on her arm, slowly like a river.
It hit daylight the time that they started to leave. Nobody was talking, and were not focusing on eachother.
“Guys… lets talk…! We can’t stay like this forever…!”
Breeze exclaimed in a sudden breath. Everyone was staring at her.
“Breeze is right! Let's talk!” Sadaku replied. Then, Ocean started talking to Sunny, and after a few minutes, Sadaku, Ocean, Sunny, and Breeze were talking.
-Forest’s POV-
I felt a fire rising through her veins. I felt like I was “replaced.”
The moment I heard Sadaku or Ocean’s voice I wanted to explode.
I hated them. I hated how they spoke, fought, and existed.
I was really mad. I wanted to explode. Ocean ALWAYS stole the spotlight. She stole Sunny, and more. And Sadaku… I HATE her.
I hate how she lunges attacks on me. She- she’s just… jealous.
I’m better than both of them anyways.
My plan is just to use them! Ha! I hate them. All of them.
Especially Sadaku and Ocean… there is NO way I am getting replaced once again… bye Sadaku. Ugh-
“Forest! Forest!” A voice shouted in the near distance. It was Breeze.
Forest felt tears in her eyes but resisted it. They were all so happy. She wanted to be happy with them.
She wanted their happiness. She was broken.

~ Chapter 18: A Glam from the Japanese Hot Spring ~

Forest ran hard, and after a few minutes, she saw Breeze,
with the others. “Hey Forest!” Breeze said, happily.
“Hi..” Replied Forest with a fake smile.
Breeze smiled and led her to the others.
“Hey guys! Look who came here!” Breeze said, happily.
Forest grinned, hoping they saw her as an innocent girl. Sadaku smiled. “We should go to a place to rest!” Sunny exclaimed.
They agreed and tried to find a place.
“Guys! Look, I found a place!” Forest denoted, happily.
It was a lively place, filled with music and good spirits.
“Wow! Great idea!” Sunny replied, with a smile on her face.
Forest felt happiness. But, it was ruined by the source of Ocean.
“...why can't we go to another place?” Ocean asked, cold.
“Well, since we are already here, why not stay?” Sadaku replied.
Ocean nodded firmly and they all went inside. Breeze looked around. “...This place looks oddly familiar… nevermind…” Breeze said to herself. As they walked, they saw no one there. Sunny ran up to the front desk where a beautiful lady stood. “Hi!… are there supposed to be some people here?” She asked, politely.
“Well, few tourists know this place. It's usually just local people doing spa here. It's a free place for people to glam up.” The lady said.
Sunny looked around.
It was huge with chandlers, gold flooring, and diamond halls.
Everyone was amazed by the design.
“Uhm… guys, do you want to stay here for a while?
We could go to the spa here…!” Forest said.
Sunny and Breeze smiled as they nodded. Sadaku was happy that they were getting along while Ocean had a frown on her face nobody noticed. “Miss, do you know where the spa is?” Breeze asked. She politely nodded and pointed in the direction.
“The maids will get you ready there.”
So they went there.
They went to the spa room. It was gorgeous. They got a manicure, makeup done, and hair. They also picked up their dresses to wear tomorrow. “Guys, I haven't been in a spa for ages!” Sunny said, in a happy mood after they did. They agreed. They all decided to go to the grassy field of the land. Sunny and Forest ran in the field together, and Sadaku joined them. Ocean pulled Breeze into the building and wanted to talk to her. “What is it Ocean?” Breeze asked, clueless. “I– Nevermind.” Ocean responded, anxious. Ocean was jealous, jealous of Sunny and Forest… she felt envious. But Breeze and Ocean went to the field, and waved to Sadaku.
After about an hour hanging in the fields, they decided to head down to the building, to rest in their rooms for a while.
The maids told them where their room was. They went up the escalator.
CRASH! “AHH!” Everyone screamed. A huge blood-like tentacle crashed into the elevator, hurting everyone. “IT MUST BE A MONSTER!” Ocean yelled. “WE HAVE TO ATTACK IT!” Breeze replied. Ocean used her ice blade to cut through it. But unlike other monsters, this one regenerated very quickly. “WHAT?” Sadaku screamed.
“Some monsters are stronger than others! We have to find its weak spot and attack that!” Sunny said, leaning in for an attack. Sadaku agreed. She sensed that it was that part of the tentacle that was red inside! It must be hiding something! So she used her left eye to cut through the tentacle and into the red beating thing that's in it. It was cutting through!
The tentacle was enraged and started curling up.
Everyone was very confused. Forest wanted to do something.
She had this kind feeling. She wanted to help. While it was in the process of curling up, She leaned in for an attack.
“THORN PATH!” She yelled. Huge thorn-like boulders were coming out, slicing the tentacle into parts. But that only did some harm. Then, it started connecting itself to the elevator door. Then, Sunny lid up with a fire circle, that lid up fire, and almost burned it. At this point, it stopped for a second, so Breeze tried to pull it away. She used her mind really hard, sucking the blood out of it. Now, it's just skin. And to prevent it from regenerating, Sadaku sliced it up.
The red thing inside was still beating. “Guys.. I think we only defeated one… Cause… this is still beating… and so…if that was still beating…then that means, that that isn’t the actual… monster that’s attacking…

~ Chapter 19: Our warrior ~

Sadaku’s heartbeat was fast. They managed to break out of the elevator, because of the horn leakage. They went out quickly. But to their surprise, the lobby was perfectly fine.
“W-what…?” Sunny said, confused.
But just then, something came out of the floor.
It was a small girl, with hollow creatures around it. She looked sad.
“How… could you be so cruel…You hurt my friend…” She said, softly, but sadly. Everyone was confused. What was she talking about? “What?”
Breeze asked, walking closely. The girl looked at her softly.
“Wait… it also looks like… you… that girl… that got away…” She said, again, softly.
Breeze sensed something… like… a memory…
~Breezes memory~
“Sister! Sister! Wait for me, haha!” Young Breeze yelled, while chasing a tall, beautiful girl, that is her sister in a field.
“Oh, Breeze! Want to stay here for a while?” Her sister, Lilac said.
“No sissy! I want to go farther!” Said Young Breeze, pointing to the dark, endless woods.
“Uhm, Ok Breeze! Lets go…” Said Lilac, unsure.
As young Breeze held her hand, they went deeper in the woods.
After a few minutes, Lilac felt unsure where they were going.
“Uhm… Breeze… let's go back-” She stopped. She looked behind her.
No trail was back there. “Breeze…” She mumbled.
“Sissy… are we lost?”
“...I'm afraid, yes…”
“But let's walk through the woods to see if there is any place to stay.”
Lilac told Breeze. She nodded and continued walking forward.
Then, they ran into a HUGE hot spring. Lilac took Breeze by the hand and went in. The place was huge. They both decided to stay there. But on the second night… something happened. BOOOM! “AHH!” Lilac screamed. She took Breeze and ran. Breeze was clueless on what was happening. Then, she saw a little girl. She smiled, and soon enough, her sister was lost. “LILAC!” Breeze yelled. Tears were coming through her eyes. Then, she heard a small voice.
“B-breeze…r-run.”
~Back to reality~
Then, Breeze felt a pain in her throat. “My fault… I need to say something…” She thought. “AH-” She stopped. The memories were coming back.
Ocean ran to her and put her hand on her shoulder. “B-breeze…?”
“W-why…? Why? WHY!” Breeze yelled at the monster. But rather than anger, the monster smiled.
“Y’know, you look just like your sister.” Then, the monster started to change. Into a full grown woman. She looked more powerful.
She looked more…sly…
“I…WILL BE THE ONE TO DEFEAT YOU! I WILL AVENGE MY SISTER!” Breeze yelled again. “Ok, ok. Let's see what you got.” The monster replied, grinning.
Breeze jumped up to the air, ready for an attack, ending the monster in a powerful blow, blowing the monster into ashes.
Breeze weakened the monster. But Breeze felt very weak after.
But this time, Breeze felt all the memories coming back. She wanted to see her sister again. She missed her. Breeze was too weak. So with all her energy, she ended it with a slash.
“BREEZE!” Forest yelled, and carried her to a small room. “I-i can heal myself…don't worry….” Breeze mumbled.
After Forest carried Breeze to the room, she ran back.
Sunny was raging.
She started… changing… Forest, Sadaku, and Ocean watched in amaze. She changed… into her final form!
Trees started forming around her, and flames slid across her path.
Then, she looked at the monster. She grinned and leaned for an attack.
The little monster dodged, but left one of her monsters to rot.
“YOU! YOU! I HATE YOU! GIVE MY MONSTERS BACK!”
She yelled, but to her horror, Sadaku slashes with a big blow, and the monster had fallen.
It was over. Everyone was close to death. Tears spread through everyone’s eyes, as they saw Breeze slip away.
~Breeze’s trip to heaven~
As Breeze awoke, she was in a beautiful place. All her injuries were healed. She smiled. She knew what happened. “Breeze! Breeze!” A girl’s voice was calling, happily.
Breeze started crying as she saw her sister run to her.
“LILAC!” Breeze yelled and collapsed on her.
They smiled.
“You’ve done enough, Breeze.”

~ Chapter 20: I'm not like her! ~

After that battle, everyone was extremely sad, hungry, and hurt. Their clothes were ripped. And… They lost Breeze.
“...I'm a bit tired…sleep…?” Sadaku asked, to stop the quietness.
“I have some spare clothes I collected from… the spa… you guys can wear it…” Ocean said. “Thank you…” Forest said quietly. Ocean nodded and handed them out.
After they got changed, they got ready for the night.
“Well…goodnight…!” Sadaku said, and layed down on the grass.
Everyone was sleeping by the hour.
But Forest was twisting and turning all night. She felt uncomfortable.
“Sleep, sleep, Forest!” She said to herself. Sweat came down her face. She twisted and turned. “Ugh-” She said, but stopped as something was coming up in her mind. “Wha-” She said, but being forced to pause. But… something felt wrong. Forest rolled around, and around, trying to get rid of it. Her head hurt. “Ugh..” She mumbled.
“Forest~” A creepy, dark, feminine voice struck her mind. “What?!” She said in her mind, scared, and unsure of what was happening.
“Oh Forest, you don't remember… you own… sister?”
The voice said again. Forest felt pain in her mind. She was sad. Then, she was..mad…
“...You are not my sister anymore… Zosia.”
Forest replied in her brain, sweating like water drops bolting down from her head. “Oh, so you are with them now.. What a pity…” Zosia said. Forest was sweating, once again.
“Oh, my dear sister… I've gotten stronger…” Zosia laughed.
“Oh come on, Forest… be like your sister…me!” Zosia said, calmly.
Forest felt her veins were going to pop.
She finally got to talk to her sister, but something felt different.
She felt… anger. “I-i-” Forest said, but couldn’t find the right words.
“What? Scared? Come on, Forest. Remember when we were small? Hm? We were so close! We even bullied, Ocean! It was so fun!”
Zosia persuaded.
That made Forest twist and turned. She hated the feeling.
“I-IM NOT LIKE HER!”
Forest screamed, and then the day roze up.

~ Chapter 21: The Air Elemental Star ~
The day rose up, with everyone hearing Forest’s scream.
“FOREST?” A voice called out. Forest’s eyes were blurry and red. “Ugh… '' Forest groaned, waking up to a red-ish blur. “S-sunny..?” Forest murmured, tired and sleepy. “Forest, wake up. We have to get ready for the next trip…to lead to…Zosia… Forest stood up in a second. “Wait… Sunny… i think I remember something-'' Forest was interrupted by a crack on Sadaku’s necklace.
“GUYS! LOOK!” Sadaku yelled, and then everyone came up to her.
“What…is the AIR JEWEL IS CRACKING!” Ocean yelled, frightened on what's happening. Everyone was scared, and confused about what was happening with the Air jewel. Then, the Air Jewel split into a few parts, circling Sadaku’s face. No one stopped it, as the Air Elemental was doing something. It leaped, and leaped, until it reached Sadaku’s face. Then, it make a mark. A golden star mark that represented Breeze’s colors in her dress. Everyone was shocked.
“Wait…Guys…? Is there something on my face?”
Sadaku questioned, trying to look down.
“It's a star! And I think I know what happened!” Ocean answered.
“Well, it's… a gift Breeze left you…And now, you have some of her powers!” Ocean responded.
“W-what? Really? Then who will train me..?” Sadaku disputed.
“I’LL TRAIN YOU!” Forest verbalized in a happy tone.
“No… I feel like Sunny should train her… not you.” Ocean commented, unbothered.
Forest felt mad. She groaned with disappointment.
“Ugh. Fine.” Forest yelled, storming away to her sleeping spot.
Forest had picked out the perfect spot to sleep, but still couldn't because of the bad dream. She sat down, with a frown on her face.
“Don't bother her, Sadaku. Sunny’s fire powers help air, and air helps fire. So, Sunny is going to train your… Air side.
“Alright, Well, we don't have a lot of time before our next mission, so we have to train now.”
